Job Description

Position Overview: 

As the Sales Manager for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) & Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales efforts of MRO products and digital solutions within our organization. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand our market presence in the MRO and digital solutions sector. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for MRO products and digital solutions that aligns with the company's overall objectives.

Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts for sales efforts. Set clear sales targets and goals for the team, both in terms of revenue and customer acquisition.

Business Development:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.

Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, working to address and resolve issues promptly.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

Develop a deep understanding of the MRO products and digital solutions offered by the company. Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Sales Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and adjustment in the sales strategy.

Generate regular sales reports and present insights to senior management.

Contract Negotiation:

Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are aligned with company policies and objectives.

Trade Shows and Networking:

Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to showcase products and generate leads.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the MRO or technology solutions industry.

Strong understanding of MRO products and digital solutions, including their technical aspects and business applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and inspire a sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to make informed decisions.

Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace
