Job Description

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in Smart Manufacturing, AI, and digital transformation solutions.
    • Identify and close new business opportunities across Malaysia (and soon Southeast Asia) focusing on manufacturing from MNC, Mid-Tier, SMEs as well as other tech-driven sectors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and clients.
    • Understand complex manufacturing processes and propose tailored solutions using our suite of technologies (MES, AI, IoT, automation).
    • Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to develop compelling proposals and ensure alignment with customer needs.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales tactics and strategic positioning.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets with a strong focus on value-based selling.

Job Requirements

    • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial/technology B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing or smart factory domain.
    • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, process flow, and factory automation.
    • Demonstrated success in developing new accounts and closing complex solution-based sales.
    • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Eager, self-driven, and highly motivated personality — someone who doesn’t wait but makes things happen.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies like AI and digital twins.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
    • Fluency in English; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
    • Willing to travel across the region as required.
