  Key Responsibilities:
  
• Transcreate/Transcreate Chinese marketing assets into premium, natural, and professional English copy.
   
• Identify, recruit, and onboard English & Chinese-speaking influencers/KOLs.
   
• Manage influencer outreach, campaign briefings, contract negotiation, commission & promo code tracking.
   
• Oversee influencer promo codes and monitor sales attribution & campaign ROI.
   
• Support hands-on product launch preparation (showroom setup, launch event coordination, campaign readiness).
   
• Conduct market research & trend monitoring in wellness and home technology sectors.
   
• Maintain organized campaign records, reporting performance insights directly to the Director.
   
• Support other launch-related tasks to ensure marketing and operational readiness.

Job Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English & Mandarin (able to read Chinese materials and produce high-quality English copy independently).
   
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer/KOL campaign execution.
   
• Comfortable working onsite in Mont Kiara (Mont Kiara/Mont Kiara HQ/Showroom).
   
• Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills with influencers/KOLs.
   
• Highly proactive, independent, and thrives in a startup/launch environment.
   
• Experience tracking sales performance via promo codes or campaign attribution tools.
   
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and ownership mindset.
   
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, social platforms, and CRM/reporting tools.
