<li>Operate and monitor resin processing activities (e.g. pumping, heating, sampling, cooling) to ensure product quality aligns with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li> <li>Perform in-process adjustments in reactors, thinning/buffer tanks, and other vessels to meet quality specifications.</li> <li>Support troubleshooting of process issues with Senior Technician, Supervisor, or Process Engineer (e.g. yield loss, equipment faults).</li> <li>Accurately record key production data such as viscosity, acid value, colour, downtime, reaction time, and raw material usage.</li> <li>Check final resin specifications, conduct sampling and basic analysis, and ensure quality before sending samples to the lab.</li> <li>Monitor process parameters including temperature, pressure, dosing rate, and weight.</li> <li>Audit raw materials in production areas before loading.</li> <li>Handle loading, drumming, suction, filter changes, hoisting, and capping.</li> <li>Maintain housekeeping standards across the lab, control room, production floor, and related areas.</li> <li>Follow all company policies, SOPs, and Health, Safety &amp; Environmental (HSE) requirements.</li>
