Job Description

JOB PURPOSE
To assist in overseeing the daily operations of the production line, production administration matters and reporting. Ensure smooth production processes, compliance with food safety and quality standards and optimal resource utilization to meet production targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

(The critical accountabilities needed to fulfill the job purpose)

• Prepare the daily output report from all section (wafer, biscuits and wafer stick), ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor equipment and production processes/activity to ensure product consistency, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all information set in the system related to production volumes, downtimes, material usage, etc. is up-to-date
• Liaise with IT Dept to resolve issues related to the system.
• Conduct trainings for PIC regarding procedures for data entry and workflow when using system.
• Monitor production system vs actual on hand balance in the system.
• To assist superior on updating ISO/FSSC/HACCP master document
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or higher in Food Technology, Manufacturing or any related field
• At least 1-year related experience
• Strong understanding of food safety standards will be an added advantage
• Knowledge / experience in AX system / SAP / CMMS is preferred
