Job Description

Human Resources:

  • Recruitment and hiring of employees including conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees. 
  • Payroll processing
  • Employee record maintenance.
  • Addressing employee concerns and grievances.
  • Prepare all related HR letters e. g: offer letter, confirmation letter, salary revision letter, warning letter, show cause letter, transfer letter, promo letter, resignation acceptance and termination letter etc. 
  • Review of existing & implementation of new rules & regulations with Company’s rules and Malaysia Labour Law & Employment Act. 

  • Accounting:
    • Managing daily cash flow.
    • Performing basic office tasks, such as filling, data entry.
    • Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
    • Check account department emails.


Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in HR/Finance/Accountancy preferred.
  • Min 2 years similar experience in similar role.
  • Others: Possess own car.
