In your role as a Risk Analyst, you will be responsible in the risk assessment of company performance by analysing user profile &amp; behaviour to ensure company interest are well protected from any suspicious &amp; abnormal activities at the same time align with the strategy &amp; planning of department &amp; organization.
Job Responsibilities: <ins> 1. Performs Daily Task:</ins>
- Conduct analysis and provide solution &amp; advice upon request through Microsoft Teams/Freshdesk/Email from others department: eg. Payment, CS, Marketing.
- Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to ensure user identity is genuine.
- Tasks include but not limited to summary report &amp; slide preparation assigned by superior. <ins>2. Monitor &amp; Identify Abnormal Trend from Data:</ins>
- To identify abnormal users based on their profile.
- To evaluate user behaviour by analysing transactional data.
- To review eligibility of bonus applicant.
- To monitor the spike of data and take immediate action for risk control.
