As a Sales Representative you will be a builder who creates and scales territory coverage from day one. You will run product presentations, chairside demos, and training sessions that help clinicians adopt the right solutions. You will also gather market feedback, identify new opportunities, deliver after-sales support, and work with our team to hit and beat sales targets while improving patient care.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities 

Territory Growth & Account Management 

• Own and grow your assigned territory across Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, and Johor Bharu through regular clinic and lab visits. 
• Manage key accounts, build long-term relationships with dentists and lab managers, and increase repeat revenue. 
• Set measurable territory sales goals, track activity in our systems, and prioritise opportunities that increase clinic adoption. 
• Coordinate orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery and strong customer satisfaction. 

Clinical Engagement & Training 

• Lead product presentations and chairside demonstrations that make clinical benefits clear and actionable. 
• Run hands-on training sessions for clinicians and support staff to improve adoption and patient workflow. 
• Create and use simple training aids to support learning during on-site visits. 
• Capture clinical questions and escalate technical issues to our support team quickly. 

Market Feedback & Team Collaboration 

• Collect market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and unmet clinic needs, and report key findings. 
• Work with product, support, and sales colleagues to design follow-up plans and local promotions. 
• Provide after-sales support and partner with technical teams to resolve customer queries. 
• Share practical suggestions to improve sales materials and processes during regular team reviews. 

Requirements 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Based in Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, or Johor Bharu and able to cover your assigned territory regularly. 
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical, Science, or a related field. 
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required; we welcome candidates from customer-facing roles. 
• Suitable backgrounds include hospitality, tourism, hotel, front-line service, or fresh biomedical and science graduates with strong interest in healthcare sales. 

Hard Skills & Knowledge 

• Comfortable delivering product demos and practical clinical training in dental clinic settings. 
• Familiar with CRM tools and basic office software for tracking customers and sales activity. 
• Able to gather and synthesize market feedback into concise reports for internal stakeholders. 
• Clear spoken English and the ability to explain clinical product benefits to dentists and support staff. 

Soft Skills & Qualities 

• Confident, energetic, and disciplined, with a genuine enjoyment of meeting people and building relationships. 
• Trustworthy communicator who listens, asks practical questions, and responds respectfully to clinicians. 
• Self-motivated and organised, able to prioritise tasks in a growing regional role. 
• Willingness to travel within your territory and attend occasional regional meetings or training sessions.
