As a Brand Executive, you will be responsible for developing, creating, and managing engaging content tailored to our brand’s voice and audience on various social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to build our online presence, enhance brand visibility, and foster community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Brand &amp; Marketing Plan: Assist in the development and implementation of brand and marketing plans in order to grow the brand market share, brand awareness, revenue and profitability</li>
<li>Marcom: Responsible for developing marketing communication plans for all channels (social media, press releases, website, SEO, EDM &amp; Digital Marketing)</li>
<li>Campaign Support: assist in the development and execution of marketing and social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.</li>
<li>Content Creation: Develop and produce original, high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms, including videos, images, stories, and reels.</li>
<li>Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule and oversee postings of all social media contents (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS LinkedIn) to meet the required number of postings monthly</li>
<li>EDM management: Oversee EDM blast, working closely with sales team and category manager to ensure aligned messaging and promotions to ensure executed on-time and in-full</li>
<li>Partnerships &amp; KOL Collaboration: Oversee external parties collaboration including KOLs/influencers, media houses, third party brands, brand partnerships, etc to ensure execution on-time and in-full</li>
<li>Budgeting: Monitoring and updating A&amp;P budget for brand and monthly sales. Be responsible for monthly reconciliation</li>
<li>Reporting: Analyse ongoing brand and consumer market and trends, regularly provide brand and social media reports to the senior management&nbsp;</li>
<li>Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.</li>
<li>Team Work &amp; Collaboration: Work with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create visually appealing and engaging content.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
