<p><strong>Role Description</strong></p>
<p>This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Sales Executive based in Kajang. We are looking for a driven sales executive to oversee the relationships of the company with its distributor and potential customers. The ideal candidate is great at building strong relationships with potential and existing customers. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.</p>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by managing sales channels through emails, calls, face to face meetings and building databases.</li>
<li>Reply customers enquiries and place the sales order within our service level agreement.</li>
<li>Ensure timely delivery of order arrangement with the Operations team.</li>
<li>Liaise with the internal fulfillment team to ensure deliveries and product packing is on time and accurate.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support for all corporate sales-related matters.</li>
<li>Gather data for reporting, stock projection through various tools &amp; platforms,present sale &amp; market analysis, insights and recommendations to company management.</li>
<li>Service and represent the corporate customer point of view internally with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.</li>
<li>Manage the timely execution of all sales campaigns and initiatives to ensure maximum sales and profitability for Amazin’ Graze.</li>
<li>Work with partners and customers to ensure a successful collaboration or events</li>
<li>Improve performance of assigned business accounts to achieve target sales goals by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase sales in an account while maintaining excellent customer service</li>
<li>Any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.</li>
