Through close collaboration, the PAM will help drive adoption of AMD solutions across the nominated Partners end user customer base of Enterprise, Government, Education and Mid Market accounts.&nbsp;THE PERSON:The PAM should demonstrate the following characteristics:<ul><li>An intense drive to “win”, combined with a data driven approach to account management</li><li>High levels of confidence, maturity and integrity</li><li>Open communication style and the ability to present confidently at multiple levels, from salespeople to senior management</li><li>Honest and trustworthy in dealings with internal/external customers, colleagues, and stakeholders</li><li>Ability to listen to the Partner and provide tangible insights in regard to product suitability &amp; market trends&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Deliver the AMD Annual Operating Plan (AOP) – Metrics include revenue, units sold and market share goals</li><li>Develop aligned annual account plans for each partner and manage and ensure agreed plans are implemented and executed</li><li>Manage AMDs Partner Program deployment and activation.
