Job Description

Job Purpose: To maximize product value and customer satisfaction by delivering expert technical support, clinical training, and seamless after-sales service to healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
• Technical Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise and product demonstrations for complex medical devices.
• Training & Education: Develop and conduct training programs for clinicians and patients on proper product usage.
• Clinical Support: Provide on-site troubleshooting and prompt after-sales service to ensure continuous product satisfaction.
• Market Insight: Collect user feedback to recommend product enhancements to the development team.
• Operations & Logistics: Manage sales administration, monitor inventory levels (stock takes), and coordinate timely product deliveries.
• Strategic Support: Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc projects to support business growth.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Advanced Diploma or Degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven sales and marketing experience, with a strong preference for the medical industry.
