<li>Manage and grow existing customer accounts in the southern region of Malaysia (Melaka &amp; Johor)</li>
<li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food, nutracuetical, health supplement, and pharmaceutical industries in the southern region of Malaysia (Melaka, Johor &amp; Singapore)</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners</li>
<li>Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and sales pitches to clients</li>
<li>Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions/products</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with internal teams (technical, logistics, management) to ensure smooth order fulfillment</li>
<li>Follow up on inquiries, quotations, collections, and sales orders to ensure timely closure of sales</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback</li>
<li>Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs</li>
<li>Prepare regular sales reports and updates to management</li>
<li>Willing to travel within the southern region (Melaka, Johor &amp; Singapore)</li>
<li>Work independently in a home-based setup while maintaining productivity and performance</li>
