Job Description

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts in the southern region of Malaysia (Melaka & Johor)
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food, nutracuetical, health supplement, and pharmaceutical industries in the southern region of Malaysia (Melaka, Johor & Singapore)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
  • Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and sales pitches to clients
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions/products
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (technical, logistics, management) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, collections, and sales orders to ensure timely closure of sales
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates to management
  • Willing to travel within the southern region (Melaka, Johor & Singapore)
  • Work independently in a home-based setup while maintaining productivity and performance

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Nutrition / Dietition, Biology, or related science field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with relevant sales or industry experience will have an added advantage
  • Strong interest in B2B sales within food, nutracuetical, supplement, or pharmaceutical industries
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (home-based role)
  • Self-disciplined, result-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
