Job Description

We are looking for a proactive intern to support our daily operations, customer service, and marketing activities. The role involves assisting with consignment management, stock monitoring, and promotional efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Liaise with supermarket partners regarding consignment and deliveries
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with restocking
• Support marketing activities, including promotions and social media updates
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory and consignment status
• Perform other operational tasks as required

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
