<li>Plan and lead packing days like a boss—ensuring quality, aesthetics, and zero last-minute scrambles</li>
<li>Track inventory weekly and raise POs or reorders before IT’s too late</li>
<li>Manage relationships with local suppliers and delivery teams</li>
<li>Keep dashboards (Monday.com, Excel) updated for real-time ops visibility</li>
<li>Work closely with production to ensure logo printing meets deadline and quality checks</li>
<li>Think ahead: propose process improvements, anticipate hiccups, and lead calmly under pressure</li>
<li>Support HR in organizing part-time teams during peak seasons</li>
<li>Be the go-to person for getting things done (without drama)</li>
</ul>
