Job Summary:
Love finding cool stuff AND making it better? This role is for those who enjoy scouting products, improving them, and developing them into something that sells—while making a difference.

You’ll be part explorer, part trend-spotter, part problem-solver. This role is a rare hybrid of purchasing and product development, and it’s never boring. You get to speak and work with vendors directly and develop something that’s out of the norm. You get to contribute to the vendors with a bulk order after that too.

Responsibilities:

• Explore local and international markets for unique, sustainable gifts
• Research product trends, packaging ideas, and eco-conscious materials
• Liaise with suppliers for quotes, samples, and customizations
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create bundles that excite clients
• Maintain procurement records and timelines using Excel or Monday.com
• Contribute to upcoming campaigns by suggesting impactful product ideas
• Ensure quality and alignment with ESG values (materials, production sources, etc.)
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or equivalent.
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in purchasing, merchandising, or operations support.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & spoken)
• Detail-oriented and organized — you love lists and don’t miss deadlines.
• Excellent communicator who keeps the team informed before issues escalate.
• Proactive, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy — Google Sheets, CRM systems, and AI tools don’t scare you.
• Team player who values integrity, transparency, and a “let’s get this done together” attitude.
