Job Description
To provide IT technical support and troubleshooting.
To procure, setup, service and maintain company laptops, printers, servers, software, CCTV, networking, and other ICT equipment and services.
To make sure company IT equipment and services are well functioning.
To assist any IT activities involved in the business operations.
Any other ad hoc tasks / assignment assigns by the superior within the scope of the ICT profession.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and Mac OS.
Knowledge of productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 and Google Ecosystem.
Knowledge of setting up computer hardware, software, and network.
Able to communicate well with all levels.
