PMA is a rapidly expanding fintech company that focuses on cashless payment solutions for our clients. We cater to leading banks in Malaysia regarding their acquiring businesses and a diverse array of merchant portfolios.

This role offers the opportunity to be an essential part of our payment terminal Operations Team, ensuring every device is delivered with precision, quality, and reliability.

You will
- oversee terminal configuration, software readiness, and security updates, while performing hands-on testing and
quality checks that directly impact customer experience.
- validate documentation, ensuring proper labeling and secure packaging, and supporting urgent, bank-approved
installations.
- take part in daily terminal preparation, manage important document deliveries, and maintain well-organized
spreadsheets and databases that support smooth operations.


Our Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.  
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.  
• Ability to converse in Chinese is a plus.  
• Must be computer literate with some technical knowledge.  
• No prior work experience is necessary.  
• Familiarity with terminal or payment device deployment or management is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.  
• Capable of multitasking and working independently with minimal supervision and willing to extend working hours if needed to meet deadlines and goals.
• MUST POSSESS A MOTORBIKE AND B LICENSE.
