As a Customer Service Officer, you will proactively resolve issues and support operational efficiency across multiple manufacturing sites and internal functions. This role is key to ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through active engagement, clear communication, and strong relationship-building. In this role, you are required to work onsite during the 6-months probationary period, then shifts into a hybrid setup (depending on the performance), following Australian business hours: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Manila.
