Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring smooth sales operations and exceptional service delivery. You will manage order processes, coordinate shipments, support the sales team, and work closely with regional counterparts. Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
     
  • Manage run-rate orders with accuracy and ensure timely processing via integrated systems.
     
  • Prepare financial analysis, sales data, and product ordering information when required.
     
  • Oversee order fulfilment to ensure accurate and on-time shipment and delivery.
     
  • Provide comprehensive sales administrative support to the sales team.
     
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
     
  • Collaborate closely with China counterparts for operational coordination.
     
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
     
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales administration.
     
  • Experience using integrated systems for sales transaction processing (SAP experience is a strong advantage).
     
  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
     
  • Able to read and communicate in Mandarin (required for liaising with China counterparts).
     
  • Proficiency in Cantonese is an added advantage.
     
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
     
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
     
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
     
  • A proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
