Corporate Statement

&nbsp;Job Objective:
<ul>
<li>Support customers, address enquiries and facilitate transactions to cater to customers’ needs (process sales orders)</li>
</ul>
Core Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Build relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and assisting with their queries</li>
<li>Manage customer orders and communicate requirements to internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Account, Quality Assurance)</li>
<li>Update customers of the status of shipments, monitor their credit terms and assist with the collection of payments</li>
<li>Receive all customer-supplied items delivered to the plant, and arrange delivery or self-collection of products</li>
<li>Plan material schedule for key private label customers</li>
<li>Prepare costing, quotations and administrative duties of the Business Development department</li>
<li>Verify and endorse purchase orders and process sales orders</li>
<li>Analyze customer order history, monitor repeat orders, take actions to understand situation and alert the Business Development Manager on follow-up actions</li>
<li>Assist Senior Business Development Executive in managing and developing identity and related marketing collaterals of in-house brands</li>
<li>Manage SAP B1 system and update relevant information (product codes, orders) for production and operations</li>
</ul>
