<li>Update booking calendars, maintain accurate unit availability, and ensure details are always up to date. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors when needed. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with basic accounting tasks such as bill tracking, payment records, and simple data entry. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Organise receipts, documents, and monthly reports. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support check-in / check-out arrangements (admin side, not onsite). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate with team members for unit-related updates. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.</li>
