1- Asset Management &amp; Maintenance Planning

<li>Develop and execute preventive maintenance (PM) plans based on equipment criticality</li>
<li>Plan and schedule maintenance activities (spare parts, manpower &amp; timeline)</li>
<li>Maintain equipment history records and technical documentation</li>
<li>Analyze downtime, PM compliance &amp; maintenance performance</li>
<li>Generate stoppage &amp; backlog reports, prioritize corrective actions</li>
<li>Monitor spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs</li>
<li>Prepare daily, weekly &amp; monthly maintenance reports</li>
<li>Monitor utilities consumption (fuel, electricity, air &amp; water) and recommend improvements</li>

2- Machine Knowledge &amp; Technical Application
<ul>
<li>Translate machine specifications into structured PM plans</li>
<li>Prepare equipment manuals &amp; troubleshooting guides</li>
<li>Support machine installation and commissioning</li>
