<ins>Position Overview:</ins>
Provide administrative services for the MCB Program Office under the supervision of the MCB Senior Program Managers and Deputy Director&nbsp;
<ins>Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**)</ins>:
<ul>
<li>Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry, mailing, scanning and faxing.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Arrange for class bookings with the AV and Campus Services &amp; Operations “CAS” teams.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain hard copy filing system.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.</li>
<li>Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices and recordkeeping systems.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the team with content creation, social media management, and/or campaign coordination.</li>
<li>Provides information by answering questions and requests.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed</li>
</ul>
