<li>Coordinate in-house and external trainings, including training logistics, scheduling, communication and registration, HRDF management, recording training expenses and budget, and updating training records.</li>
<li>Assist and support in new joiners’ orientation and the organization of engagement activities, team building, bonding, festive events, company trip/dinner, and ad-hoc activities.</li>
<li>Assign training courses and monitor training attendance on the LMS system.</li>
<li>Coordinate and assist in career fairs, internships, and management trainee programs.</li>
<li>Assist the superior with ad-hoc project requirements and/or research, data analysis, and groundwork.</li>
<li>Support other HCD general administration, including Recruitment, Compensation &amp; Benefits, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.</li>
