The ASIAN BANKING SCHOOL (ABS) is dedicated to developing talent and is the largest specialised provider of quality banking training programmes in the ASEAN region.&nbsp;

ABS also works closely with the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers in raising competency standards for the industry through the delivery of training workshops related to professional qualifications developed and awarded by the professional body; and is the exclusive training partner in ASEAN for the Chartered Banker Institute in the UK. It plays a significant role in enriching the talent pipeline for the financial services sector through the industry recognised Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) and Graduate Training programmes; and is also responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the industry-wide Ethics and AML/CFT programmes.&nbsp;

Operations

&nbsp;The intern will support the planning and execution of communications initiatives aimed at enhancing the Asian Banking School's (ABS) brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and institutional profile. This role provides hands-on exposure to corporate communications, public relations, content development, and event coordination within a professional environment connected to the banking and financial services industry.

Role and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in drafting short written content such as social media posts, profiles, announcements, and press materials</li>
<li>Support the preparation of event materials, including presentation slides, programme brochures and write-ups.</li>
<li>Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events and conferences</li>
<li>Help manage and organise branding and marketing collaterals</li>
<li>Monitor media coverage and social media engagement related to ABS activities</li>
<li>Provide support in coordinating communications with partners, stakeholders, and vendors</li>
<li>Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Strategy &amp; Corporate Communications team</li>
</ul>

This job is an internship in Strategy &amp; Corporate Communications where you&#x27;ll help boost the Asian Banking School’s visibility and engage stakeholders. You might like this job because it offers hands-on experience in writing, event planning, and branding in a professional finance setting.
