Job Description

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Your role goes beyond answering inquiries—it's about building relationships, resolving issues with professionalism, and enhancing our brand image. You will handle customer inquiries, manage data, support sales conversions, and contribute to the overall smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction & Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Customer Experience Management: Listen actively, handle complaints efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions.
  • Sales Conversion Support: Guide potential clients toward appointments and assist the sales team in achieving their targets.
  • Data & Order Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.
  • Operational Assistance: Support store operations by ensuring a clean, organized work environment.
  • Financial Handling: Assist in processing payments, transactions, and settlements accurately.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Business, Communications, or any relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Fresh Graduates: Candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply even without prior experience.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
