This pivotal role will steer our marketing direction, champion brand growth, and unify all aspects of marketing, from creative to digital, product forecasting to campaign execution. 
As our Head of Marketing, you’ll:

<li>Oversee all marketing pillars: brand management, digital marketing, performance ads, creative development, trade, and retail campaigns, and product ordering/forecasting.</li>
<li>Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy for Astra Baby in Malaysia, aligning brand, digital, creative, and product marketing efforts.</li>
<li>Oversee and coordinate marketing activities across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns.</li>
<li>Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance.</li>
