Manage risks/solutions with stakeholders. Program manager mindset is required.</li><li>Customer Journey Design: Develop customer journeys for new and existing products and services. Analyse and evaluate pain points within the Customer Journey phases. Work with business owners for solutions/workarounds for pain points, or for opportunities to delight. Identify critical messaging and touchpoints as well optimum customers communications modes.</li><li>Develop frameworks/solutions that are validated and or driven by data and insights from industry benchmarks.</li><li>Critical and strategic thinking. Find and connect elements and data to paint a clear big picture.</li><li>Collaborate in cross-functional project groups for new products and services to advocate or represent the customer point of view.
