Our Culture

The Senior Associate, Programme Development assist the programme development team in the design, development, and delivery of Ratio Cause’s campaigns and programmes across various social impact focus areas, environmental and social governance(ESG), online safety, climate and community development. This role ensures all initiatives are evidence-based, scalable, aligned with client and programme partner needs, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Programme Design &amp; Development
<ul>
<li>End-to-end development of new programmes, toolkits, trainings, and campaigns.</li>
<li>Translate issues (such as online safety, climate change &amp; environmental, drugs issues) into structured learning outcomes, modules, workplans, and measurable KPIs.</li>
<li>Build programme frameworks, logic models, and theory of change where needed.</li>
<li>Research global and regional best practices to strengthen programme content.</li>
</ul>
Project &amp; Stakeholder Management
<ul>
<li>Oversee together with the programme team the strategy of multiple programmes being implemented simultaneously by the operations team, ensuring programme strategy is followed and milestones and deliverables are met.</li>
<li>Work closely with government agencies, private sector partners, international organisations and NGO partners.</li>
<li>Prepare workplans, progress updates, evaluation reports, and recommendations for programme partners.</li>
<li>Coordinate subject matter experts, and content developers as and when needed.</li>
<li>Analyse programme impact and prepare insights for clients and partners.</li>
<li>Recommend improvements and scalability plans.</li>
</ul>
Content &amp; Training Development
<ul>
<li>Oversee with the team the development of training decks, facilitator guides, activity sheets, and digital learning content.</li>
<li>Ensure materials are relevant to Malaysian, ASEAN, and global contexts depending on target audience.</li>
<li>Integrate current issues such as climate change and sustainability, AI and AI safety, digital citizenship, youth empowerment, and other relevant focus.</li>
</ul>
Partnerships &amp; New Opportunities
<ul>
<li>Support business development by drafting proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and concept notes.</li>
<li>Identify emerging issues and opportunities for new partnerships or expansions.</li>
<li>Attend and present at meetings, workshops, and industry discussions as needed.</li>
