Project Management<ul><li>Create timelines based on the approved project brief and its requirements</li><li>Ensure every milestone is broken down into tasks that is concretely defined with a person-in-charge and deadline</li><li>Monitor and manage project timelines and action plans daily. Anticipate and escalate any delays</li><li>Schedule and organise all meeting required for a project (e.g. briefings, approval sessions etc)</li><li>Ensure all relevant stakeholders are aligned to conduct meetings effectively and efficiently</li><li>Complete all necessary preparations for meetings (e.g. meeting agenda, attendees, meeting rooms, document templates)</li><li>Capture meeting minutes and next action plans during WIP meetings</li><li>Ensure all documentations are well-organised in the team's shared folder.</li></ul>2.
