<li>Keeps record of the job performed such as inquiries, complaints, feedback and solution provided.</li>
<li>Follow  up unfinished job from time to time both internally and externally to  ensure customer’s inquiries does not left unattended.</li>
<li>Able to work both independently as well as a team.</li>
<li>Ad-hoc task may be assigned by team leaders from time to time if required.</li>
