Job Description

• Provided support such as guidance, troubleshooting or consultation to dealers and customers on HRMS Products via phone calls, emails and remote access.
• Keeps record of the job performed such as inquiries, complaints, feedback and solution provided.
• Follow up unfinished job from time to time both internally and externally to ensure customer’s inquiries does not left unattended.
• Able to work both independently as well as a team.
• Ad-hoc task may be assigned by team leaders from time to time if required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
• Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of retails and F&B are added advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft SQL will be added advantage.
• Service-minded, patient, and able to communicate clearly with users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates fluent in mandarin is added advantages as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• Familiar in POS hardware, networking and Windows OS troubleshooting.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
