Job Description
As a Senior HR &amp; Admin Executive, you will take ownership of end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions. You’ll manage employee matters, ensure compliance, and support daily operations across office and workshop environments. This is a hands-on role — perfect for someone who enjoys being actively involved in execution, not just coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
<ul>
<li>Manage and monitor attendance, leave, overtime, reimbursements, and medical/insurance claims across business units.</li>
<li>Handle the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.</li>
<li>Draft and issue HR letters — including offers, confirmations, memos, and show cause letters.</li>
<li>Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.</li>
<li>Maintain employee performance dashboards and assist with KPI and appraisal tracking.</li>
<li>Support monthly payroll preparation and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).</li>
<li>Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and welfare programs.</li>
<li>Build partnerships with technical schools and training institutes for talent sourcing.</li>
</ul>
Administration
<ul>
<li>Manage petty cash, office supplies, and purchasing for multiple business units.</li>
<li>Handle document filing, data entry, and digital record maintenance.</li>
<li>Order and maintain pantry and refreshment supplies for staff across all business units.</li>
<li>Coordinate facility upkeep — including maintenance, air-conditioning, fittings, and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable working environment across all office and workshop areas.</li>
<li>Oversee company vehicle records, including road tax, insurance renewals, and maintenance schedules.</li>
<li>Support meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and company events.</li>
<li>Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government agencies on HR and administrative matters.</li>
<li>Perform ad hoc tasks and assist management in day-to-day operational needs. Supervise and guide junior administrative staff where applicable. &nbsp;</li>
