<h3><strong>1. Full Set Accounting</strong></h3>

<li>Handle and review full set accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journals).</li>
<li>Prepare monthly management accounts, P&amp;L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.</li>
<li>Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>2. Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Produce accurate financial reports for management review.</li>
<li>Monitor company cash flow, credit control, and payment cycles.</li>
<li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.</li>
<li>Provide insights to improve profitability, cost management, and operational efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>3. Taxation &amp; Compliance</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage SST submissions, tax computation, and liaison with external tax agents.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with LHDN, SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, Companies Act, and statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>4. Internal Controls &amp; Processes</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs, and documentation practices.</li>
<li>Review and improve financial workflows (procurement-to-payment, invoicing, inventory reconciliation, etc.).</li>
<li>Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filing systems.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>5. Inventory &amp; Costing</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee stock movement, inventory reconciliation, and costing accuracy.</li>
<li>Coordinate with showroom, warehouse, and operations teams on stock verification.</li>
<li>Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>6. Banking &amp; Treasury</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage banking facilities, loan documentation, HP agreements, and payment schedules.</li>
<li>Prepare payment vouchers, online banking transactions, and supplier disbursements.</li>
<li>Maintain supplier accounts and negotiate credit terms when needed.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>7. Leadership &amp; Collaboration</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Guide junior accounting staff and ensure accurate task execution.</li>
<li>Work closely with management on financial strategy and operational decisions.</li>
<li>Support cross-department collaboration (sales, operations, procurement).</li>
