<ins>Trade Admin Support Interns' Job Description</ins>&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Assist in preparing and generating Sales and Purchase Contracts based on confirmations concluded by the Sales and Marketing team.</li>
<li>Support daily sales administration operations, including data entry, documentation, and systematic record-keeping.</li>
<li>Coordinate and communicate with the Sales Manager, Customer Service, and Trade Support teams to support day-to-day operational activities.</li>
<li>Maintain proper filing (physical and electronic) of contracts and related sales documents for audit and reference purposes.</li>
<li>Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.</li>
</ul>
