In this internship, you will gain hands-on working experience with guidance from your manager, team lead and buddy. This internship serves also serve as a platform to find and cultivate talent for possible future opportunity.
Trade Admin Support Interns' Job Description
- Assist in preparing and generating Sales and Purchase Contracts based on confirmations concluded by the Sales and Marketing team.
- Support daily sales administration operations, including data entry, documentation, and systematic record-keeping.
- Coordinate and communicate with the Sales Manager, Customer Service, and Trade Support teams to support day-to-day operational activities.
- Maintain proper filing (physical and electronic) of contracts and related sales documents for audit and reference purposes.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Internship intake : January or early February intake
- Basic Microsoft Excel, Words & Powerpoint
