Avid Estates is an independent real estate agency and an innovator in the industry. Firmly focused on our niche in the high-end, luxury property market, we have a reputation built on ethics, integrity, quality service, professionalism and results.

We are looking for that energetic, fun-loving team player to become one of our Executive Assistants, which is a key and integral role within our team of professionals. The function is varied and diverse, requiring you to multi-task and be creative. You will join an established high-end real estate agency, based at our office in Bangsar.

Job Requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Provide deal closing support and paperwork preparation (case files, contracts, agreements)
  • Review and properly record transactions (invoicing, receipts, maintain statements of accounts, expense calculations)
  • Assist our team members in their agency activities 
  • Assist with managing agent affairs and training coordination
  • Assist with tenancy administration (pre and post-handover support, troubleshooting, client coordination)
  • General administrative and operational support

What we’re looking for in our dream person:

  • Loyal, presentable, tactful, diplomatic, calm under pressure, committed to excellence and integrity, courteous and prompt.
  • Can maintain excellent working relationships internally.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under own initiative.
  • Creative and efficient organizer and planner with a fine eye for detail
  • Proficient in Invoicing, Basic Accounts Receiveable and Payable, Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Canva.
  • Possess own transport.
