<ins>Job Responsibilities</ins>
(A) Project Planning and Management
<ul>
<li>Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.</li>
<li>Organize and lead project status and working meetings.</li>
<li>Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.</li>
<li>Tracking milestones and timelines across various projects.</li>
<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation e.g. Client’s Requirements Functional Specification Document (FSD) &amp; Training Materials.</li>
<li>Manage risks and issues that may impact the deliverables of a project.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
(B) Client Support Management
<ul>
<li>Managing client expectations for project deliverables.</li>
<li>Report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.</li>
<li>To provide product training to Corporate End User.</li>
<li>To attend the raised issue within Service Level Agreement (SLA).</li>
<li>Establish strong information feedback on Client needs.</li>
</ul>
