Position Overview

As a Health Technician, you will guide clients through advanced recovery sessions using our specialized health technologies. You will ensure safety, comfort, and quality of service while maintaining operational and hygiene standards.

This role suits individuals with a background in nursing, physiotherapy, sports science, or general wellness operations who want to work in a cutting-edge, non-medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate health technology devices according to established protocols.
• Guide clients through their recovery sessions and ensure proper safety procedures.
• Record usage data and maintain accurate session documentation.
• Uphold cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and hygiene standards.
• Assist management in daily operations and contribute to client experience excellence.
• Attend in-house training sessions to stay current with equipment protocols and scientific updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Sports Science, Biomedical Science, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Passionate about health technology, performance, and preventive wellness.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are advantages.
• Must be comfortable working with technology and following safety SOPs.
