Job Responsibilities:

<li>Assist in the testing effort and take ownership of the documentation of all QA process and results</li>
<li>Assist in liaising with clients to understand the business issues, processes and organization requirements.</li>
<li>To prepare and review the business processes, gather requirements and functional specifications based on the proposed solutions to prepare appropriate test cases</li>
<li>Reports, tracks and monitor any issues raised by clients and ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Communicates closely with client and manage the client expectations and deliverables.</li>
<li>Works closely with the technical team and project manager to ensure successful delivery of the projects according to the schedule.</li>
</ul>
