Role Overview

As an E-Commerce Executive, you’ll manage our online storefronts on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms. You’ll be responsible for product listings, inventory accuracy, customer engagement, and reporting — ensuring a smooth and efficient online experience for Malaysian families.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management
   
• Upload and manage product listings on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms
   
• Optimize titles, descriptions, and visuals using Canva
   
• Manage vouchers, campaigns, bundle deals, and pricing updates
   
• Order Fulfillment & Inventory
   
• Track and coordinate daily orders with warehouse
   
• Ensure accurate stock levels across platforms
   
• Resolve out-of-stock or delay issues swiftly
   
• Customer Engagement
   
• Respond to customer chats and inquiries with care and clarity
   
• Uphold fast response time and high customer service ratings
   
• Assist in returns or reviews as needed
   
• Reporting & Performance
   
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, chat performance, and product trends
   
• Suggest improvements for listings and promotions based on data
   
• Platform Optimization
   
• Monitor platform algorithm trends (e.g., Shopee My Campaigns, TikTok engagement)
   
• Recommend marketing ideas or platform features to boost visibility

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce, customer service, or retail operations
   
• Proficient with Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop interface
   
• Skilled in Canva for basic design tasks
   
• Organized, detail-oriented, and fast learner
   
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
