The ideal candidate will have experience working with Interior Designers, Contractors, and Consultants, and a strong desire to build meaningful client relationships while delivering innovative water solutions.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Attract and secure new clients by innovating and overseeing the entire sales process.</li>
<li>Identify, research, and pursue opportunities in both new and existing markets.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver impactful pitches and presentations to potential clients.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to manage risks and foster a growth-driven environment.</li>
<li>Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.</li>
<li>Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.</li>
<li>Run outbound campaigns (calls, emails, events) to generate sales opportunities.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate client activity records in CRM.</li>
<li>Develop and present customized proposals and translate them into contracts.</li>
<li>Ensure excellent client service with regular follow-ups.</li>
<li>Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to project implementation.</li>
<li>Conduct both virtual and in-person sales meetings.</li>
</ul>
