As a builder on our front line, you will help shape how customers experience our brand by improving order speed and checkout flow. You will create smoother service routines that make each shift easier for the whole team.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome guests, take accurate orders, and suggest simple add-ons to improve the guest experience.
• Handle customer questions and resolve minor issues calmly and politely.

Operations & Cash Handling

• Operate the POS to process cash, card, and e-wallet payments accurately.
• Count and reconcile cash at shift end and help prepare basic sales summaries.

Food Safety & Store Upkeep

• Follow food hygiene rules and keep prep and serving areas clean throughout the shift.
• Restock supplies, pack takeaway orders neatly, and support simple food prep tasks when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in F&B service, cashier, or retail roles.
• Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with POS operation and accurate cash handling.
• Basic numeracy for giving change and processing payments.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly, patient, and clear communicator with customers and teammates.
• Reliable and punctual, able to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Fast learner and team player who follows standard operating procedures.
