As the Branch Manager at Ban Hin Bee Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of our retail store located in Sungai Petani, Kedah. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the success and growth of our local branch.
What you'll be doing

<li>Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, sales and customer service</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability and enhance the customer experience</li>
<li>Oversee the recruitment, training and development of store personnel to build a highly motivated and skilled team</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations</li>
<li>Analyse store performance data and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management</li>
