To perform climate risk stress test and scenario analysis
<ul>
<li>Support the development of climate risk stress testing and/or scenarios analysis, including physical risks (e.g., floods, droughts) and transition risks (e.g., policy changes, technological shifts), in alignment with regulatory and industry standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure scenarios are relevant, forward-looking, and tailored to the organization’s risk profile.</li>
<li>Collect, validate, and analyze data required for climate risk stress testing, including climate data, financial data, and macroeconomic indicators.</li>
<li>Utilize quantitative models and tools to assess the impact of climate risks on key financial metrics (e.g., credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk).</li>
</ul>
To conduct climate risk analytics.
<ul>
<li>Assist in development and enhancement of climate risk models to assess financial and operational impacts.</li>
<li>Collect, analyze, and interpret climate-related data, including physical and transition risks.</li>
<li>Utilize advanced analytics techniques, such as statistical modeling and scenario analysis, to quantify climate risks.</li>
</ul>
To prepare reporting and documentation.
<ul>
<li>Prepare reports on stress testing outcomes, including key findings, risk exposures, and recommended actions for senior management and regulatory submissions.</li>
<li>Ensure timely submission of climate risk stress test and/or scenario analysis reports to regulatory bodies.</li>
<li>Maintain comprehensive documentation of stress testing methodologies, assumptions, and results to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.</li>
</ul>
Assist or involve in any projects or initiatives related to sustainability or climate risk or any relevant task as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
<ul>
<li>Provide support and comprehensive recommendation on sustainability project such as carbon accounting, decarbonation strategy, green product development, transition plan, and carbon market.</li>
</ul>
To ensure the compliance of governance in policy development.
<ul>
<li>Assist in developing and maintaining governance framework for climate risk management and ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and/or international standards (e.g., Bank Negara Malaysia’s Climate Risk Management and Scenario Analysis, GHG Protocol, ISO 14064).</li>
<li>Ensure integration of climate risk considerations into the organization’s risk management framework.</li>
</ul>
To conduct climate risk assessment &amp; strategy.
<ul>
<li>Assist in conducting climate risk assessments and scenario analysis to evaluate potential impacts on the organization.</li>
<li>Assist in the development and/or enhancement of the ESG scorecard related scorecard or assessment including the effectiveness of implementation.</li>
<li>Support the development of risk mitigation strategies aligned with climate-related financial risks.</li>
<li>Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Sustainability, Business Units) to integrate climate risk considerations into decision-making processes.</li>
</ul>
Assist or involve in any projects or initiatives related to sustainability or climate risk or any relevant task as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

To conduct Capacity Building and Awareness.
<ul>
<li>Assist and involved in training sessions relevant sustainability or climate risk related policy and procedure.</li>
<li>Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, investors, and sustainability networks.</li>
</ul>
