<li>Ensure that the Recovery Plan remains relevant, updated, and effectively integrates with the bank’s overall risk management framework.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct rigorous stress tests and scenario analyses (e.g., liquidity crises, market shocks) to evaluate recovery strategies.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Banking Economics &amp; Analytics, Business Units) to model impacts and ensure plan effectiveness.</li>
<li>Monitor and track key financial and operational indicators that may necessitate recovery actions.</li>
<li>Facilitate periodic drills or simulations to test the effectiveness of recovery strategies.</li>
<li>Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and the Board Risk Committee on recovery planning initiatives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure alignment of the Recovery Plan with BNM's regulatory requirements and industry best practices.</li>
<li>Address regulatory queries and recommendations, ensuring the organization remains fully compliant.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit regulatory reports to BNM, ensuring transparency and compliance.</li>
<li>Train and educate internal stakeholders on recovery planning concepts, requirements, and execution.</li>
<li>Promote awareness of regulatory expectations and the importance of recovery preparedness across the organization.</li>
<li>Act as the primary contact during regulatory audits, addressing inquiries and implementing corrective actions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuously supervise and provide guidance to subordinates to ensure knowledge retention&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
