Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and documentation
- Handle basic Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
- Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Support SST, tax filing, and audit-related documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve account matters
- Carry out ad-hoc accounting tasks as required

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage
