Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and documentation
• Handle basic Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
• Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
• Support SST, tax filing, and audit-related documentation
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve account matters
• Carry out ad-hoc accounting tasks as required

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage
