Job Description

Responsible for performing the company’s accounting & finance functions, including:

• Assist Accounts Officer in performing journal entries update to ledgers, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and any related general administrative tasks.
• Assist Accounts Officer in recording and reporting cash flow transactions, and helping to perform reconciliation with bank statements.
• Assist Accounts Officer in verifying and validating accuracy in all claims submission   
• Assist Finance Officer in finance operations, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial positions and balance sheet (P&L) and liquidity (cash flow). In doing so, maintain close coordination with accounts function on accounts receivable (customer billing and invoicing) and payable.
• Assist Finance Officer in managing company’s policies on expenditures to ensure proper justifications (including travel and expenses, etc.).

Job Requirements

• A degree/diploma in Accounting or relevant Business disciplines.
• Good communications & interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara.
