<p>Responsible for performing the company’s accounting &amp; finance functions, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist Accounts Officer in performing journal entries update to ledgers, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and any related general administrative tasks.</li>
<li>Assist Accounts Officer in recording and reporting cash flow transactions, and helping to perform reconciliation with bank statements.</li>
<li>Assist Accounts Officer in verifying and validating accuracy in all claims submission&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist Finance Officer in finance operations, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial positions and balance sheet (P&amp;L) and liquidity (cash flow). In doing so, maintain close coordination with accounts function on accounts receivable (customer billing and invoicing) and payable.</li>
<li>Assist Finance Officer in managing company’s policies on expenditures to ensure proper justifications (including travel and expenses, etc.).</li>
</ul>
