The Roles

We actively looking for a Cantonese Speaking Market Research Consultant to be part of our Hong Kong Research Division - based in Malaysia.

Your day-to-day task is:-

  • To gather ongoing and upcoming construction project information in Hong Kong through several sources such as cold calling research partners, local online newspapers, internet searches, tender searches, referrals, and others.
  • Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, and others (research partners) to verify the accuracy of the information.
  • Ensure each project information is updated timely.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as the client-serving team for any client's project inquiry.
  • Work closely with the team leader/manager to achieve personal and team project number and quality on monthly basis.
  • You will be exposed to other BCI activities such as events, webinars, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must be able to speak and write Cantonese.
  • 1-2 years working experience as Research Assistant, Market research, or any relevant role.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Entry Level position!
  • Creative and proactive in finding solutions, and ways to gather the information that are not available via online search engines.
  • Result-oriented, attention to detail, good communication skills.
  • Applicant must be able and willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement (office & home).
