Job Description

 

  • 负责公司日常行政及营运管理工作。 
  • 协调内部各部门及外部合作单位的沟通与配合。 
  • 监督项目进度、文件管理及合规事项。 
  • 管理办公室设施、采购及物流安排。 
  • 确保公司营运流程及制度顺畅执行。 
  • 编制管理报告及营运分析报告。 
  • 协助管理层制定及执行公司策略与发展计划。 
  • 负责美容院的日常管理与运营,确保各项业务顺利进行。 
  • 与顾客进行专业沟通,深入了解并解决顾客的需求与痛点。 
  • 每月编制销售报告及门店营运报告,并提交予直属上司审阅。

 

  • Responsible for the company’s daily administrative and operational management. 
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration among internal departments and external business partners. 
  • Monitor project progress, document management, and compliance matters. 
  • Manage office facilities, procurement, and logistics arrangements. 
  • Ensure the smooth implementation of the company’s operational procedures and policies. 
  • Prepare management reports and operational analysis reports. 
  • Assist management in formulating and implementing company strategies and development plans. 
  • Oversee the daily management and operations of the beauty salon to ensure all business activities run smoothly. 
  • Communicate professionally with customers to understand and address their needs and concerns. 
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and outlet operational reports for review by the immediate superior. 

Job Requirements

 

  • 持有相关文凭并具备相关工作经验者亦可考虑。
  • 具备至少 3 至 5 年行政及营运管理相关工作经验。
  • 具备办公室营运管理、员工协调及项目行政管理经验。
  • 具备美容行业营运管理经验者优先。
  • 熟悉行政程序及营运流程。 
  • 熟练使用 Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook)。 
  • 能独立编制各类报告、文件及营运记录。 
  • 熟悉预算编制、采购管理及库存控制。 
  • 了解人力资源协调及基本会计流程。
  • 具备优秀的领导能力及团队管理经验。 
  • 良好的问题分析、解决及决策能力。 
  • 能同时处理多项工作,并在压力下有效完成任务。 
  • 具备出色的组织及时间管理能力。
  • 责任感强,纪律性高,积极主动。 
  • 具备高度诚信及专业操守。 
  • 注重细节,并具备良好的跟进能力。 
  • 工作态度积极,愿意不断学习与提升。

 

  • Diploma holders with relevant working experience may also be considered. 
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative and operations management. 
  • Experience in office operations management, staff coordination, and project administration. 
  • Experience in operations management within the beauty industry is preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and operational workflows. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). 
  • Able to independently prepare reports, documentation, and operational records. 
  • Familiar with budgeting, procurement management, and inventory control. 
  • Knowledge of HR coordination and basic accounting procedures. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Responsible, disciplined, and proactive. 
  • High level of integrity and professionalism. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills. 
  • Positive working attitude with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
