Our Mission

<li>Ensuring &amp; supporting the quality control/assurance processes within the company for smooth organization operation and customer satisfaction.</li><li>To assist in the tracking and documenting of project documentation for the department as per ISO requirement.</li><li>To assist in tender evaluation/bidding process.</li><li>Assist with project management responsibilities such as overseeing and performing administrative operations related to a project, updating the project schedules, and contacting contractors, consultants or other relevant parties.</li><li>Manage day-to-day activities of the department and provide general administrative support (e.g. arrange departmental events, meetings, and communications, handle information requests, etc.)</li><li>To handle general office administrative tasks such as maintaining a proper file system and upkeep of the department’s facilities/equipment/stationeries to assure availability as and when needed.</li><li>To perform day-to-day clerical work.</li><li>To be the liaison person and coordinator of the departments within the organization.</li><li>To undertake other special assignments, ad hoc functions and related duties as and when required.</li>
